We Create Your Website
My goal is to provide the website that YOUR business needs. We have regular check-ins throughout the process to stay on track with time and design. I balance keeping you in the loop on the project while honoring your time as a business owner.
I maintain you Website
Your therapy website is an active part of your business that should grow and evolve as your business does. We can continue to work together after the launch to keep your website current and updated.
Projects have a maximum time frame of 3 months. We may finish sooner depending on how quickly you’re able to provide feedback, and the amount of changes we need to make to the design.
I work exclusively on WordPress using the Elementor Page Builder. WordPress provides us the flexibility and customization to build the perfect website. I know the backend can be intimidating, however, I provide video tutorials and a recorded training to make sure you have all the resources you need.
After our consultation call, I send over the contract to sign and a nonrefundable invoice for 50% to start work. Then, after you’ve approved the homepage design, you’ll pay another 25%. Finally, the last 25% is paid in order to launch the site!
I’m here for you! Many of my client choose to sign up for my Monthly Maintenance plan. I provide plug in updates and an hour of work each month (does not roll over) for whatever help you may need for your website. (I also provide other marketing and admin support, but on an as needed bases. Just ask for what you’re needing help with, and if I can, I will!)
Yes! I find deadlines keep both of us on track and cuts down on communication. I do have late fees in place if you’re unable to meet deadlines, and a conversation has not taken place.
The price of a website is dependent on things like page count, functionality, and content to name a few. Each business is unique and their website will be as well. My starting price is a way to show transparency in my rates.
I provide assistance in developing your brand. I use an independent contractor to help in the graphic design work.
I do not write content for your website. What I can provide are prompts for you to fill in. I also have a few people I can refer you to if you’d prefer to have someone else write your copy.
Yes, in a way. I can help find free stock imagery from Unsplash, Pexel, or Pixabay. I can also provide paid options from iStock, DepositPhoto, or Creative Market that you would pay separately for.
However, I do not offer brand or product photography.
If you choose to remain on my Maintenance plan, I will host your site through my FlyWheel account. My clients love the convenience of having one less bill to remember.
Absolutely! All my client have full access to their sites and guidance in the way of an end of project training as well as tutorial videos.
Yes! Please know, at this point, I only work on WordPress. If your website is on another platform (Squarespace, Wix, Show It etc…) I will rebuild it on WordPress and it may increase the total cost of the project.
